Very meticulous when it comes to release his musical creations, Romanian pioneer Cezar Lazar has been thrillingly marking the end of the 2023 by returning on wax a little five years following his latest solo EP – on Meander – for his fellow Priku’s label Atipic and every ears’ sake. In order to introduce this brand new vinyl piece for Atipic, Cezar is unveiling a creation titled « 017.1 » which puts in perspective the contrast of his vibrantly deep yet refined basslines and these softer melodic patterns, both enhancing and balancing the overall groove of it. Cezar is doubtlessly mastering the art of truly sophisticated arrangements, as each elements are layering both an impressively cerebral atmosphere and seriously danceful rhythms, rendering his peculiar sounds hugely heartfelt. A-side is adorned with more hypnotizing melodiousness with « 017.2 » subtly matching together solidly-calibrated basslines in harmony with delightful instrumentalish flows.

« 017.3 » is coming up next on B-side highlighting more of his outstanding musicalness, wrapping up this release under remarkable grooves. Cezar will obviously be part of the 32nd Sunwaves experience on Mamaia beach this late April, where we would most certainly hear some of these gems and furthermore, he’s already announced to perform a couple exclusive performances in b2b with Praslea at the next UnderTheTree event in Zurich as well as at upcoming Unum Festival edition.
