Playedby is making a huge return for its 10 years anniversary with a must-have vinyl compilation, a celebration of a decade of musical innovation and passion with the vibrant like-minded community gathered by Playedby through the musical work of more than 20 prominent artists. This is courtesy of Aamir, Alci, Alex Font, Ben Neville, Cezar, Christopher Ledger, Denis Korablev, Dragos Ilici, Elia Nafzger, Gojnea76, Larry & Ian Kiddo, Lumieux, Ohm Hourani & Cristobal Urbina, Pascal Benjamin, Prichindel, SIT, Sublee, Vincentiulian, Zya and mostly Cristi Klebleev (the Playedby boss) that this exclusive release has been shaped, and this gem is expected to be released in late 2024 as the second Longplay format. 

This compilation is a perfect blend of old and new schools, as it highlights the very first vinyl beauties coming from rising yet stunning talents Zya, Dragos Ilici and Elia Nafzger, but also the very first one highlighting Ian Kiddo and his daddy Larry, all of them much anticipated, but also true pioneers like Ben Neville, Cezar or Ohm Hourani. Not to forget the Romanian all-stars who’ve been part of Playedby history, such as Gojnea76, Lumieux, SIT, Sublee or Vincentiulian. Zurich has been doubtlessly part of the favourite getaway for label showcases, and it’s represented in the LP by emerging producer Aamir, just like Amsterdam with Pascal Benjamin, who is already expected to play in Bucharest for a Playebdy showcase in January 2025, alongside with Cosmjn, Lizz and Zya. The cherry on the cake is Cristi Klebleev, who never fails in providing some of the most serious tracks out there, his upcoming « Dominatrix » on Tripsi illustrates it properly.

Playedby’s philosophy has always been rooted in supporting artistry that stays true to underground sensibilities while providing a platform for emerging and established artists alike, which is explaining its unique manner of selecting music ever since its beginning. « Longplay II 10 Years Anniversary » is not just another compilation of tracks, it’s a journey within the last decade of electronic music and its evolution through the lens of Playedby, as each production is reflecting its history of embracing minimalistic yet powerful sounds.
